We are excited and fully prepared to see you at your appointment time. You’ll be asked to provide a credit card to secure your appointment time. If your plans change, please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel without 24 hour notice or no show, you’ll be charged a $75 fee. This fee can be applied to your next visit.
Product Returns and Service Refunds
There are no returns on aesthetic treatments, injections, or procedures performed. Skincare products may be returned for full refund within 30 days if not fully satisfied.
Walk-in Appointments To ensure the absolute best experience, consultations and services are by appointment only. We make every effort to accommodate special appointment requests if needed outside regular office hours.
Cash and credit card will be accepted. Documentation will be provided for insurance reimbursements if applicable, and it is the sole responsibility of the patient to file the necessary paperwork with their insurance company. If the insurance company does not reimburse you, Physician’s Ageless Solutions will not issue a refund of any kind for services received.
