Who is a good candidate for a HydraFacial®?
Everyone! The HydraFacial® was designed for all skin types and it’s customizable so we can really tailor each treatment to your skin’s needs. Both women and men can benefit from the HydraFacial® and immediately improve their skin in one treatment.
What is the downtime after a HydraFacial®?
There is no downtime after a HydraFacial®. It is an efficient treatment that allows you to put on makeup and return to business as usual immediately following your visit. HydraFacial® is a popular treatment to do before special events and occassions.
Do I need to do anything before my treatment?
A brief skin assessment and consultation is conducted prior to treatment to ensure you’re a good candidate. Aside from that, no special preparation is needed. A face that is free of heavy makeup would be helpful, otherwise come as you are.
How long does a treatment take?
Treatment times vary based on your customized treatment. In general our Signature HydraFacials® are 30 minutes where as our Platinum HydraFacials® are 60 minutes.
Is there anyone that can't get this treatment?
In general, just about everyone can get a HydraFacial®. However, if you have an active infection on your face, we need to wait until it clears up. The skin barrier should be intact, lacking injuries or cuts. Certain diseases, including HIV and Hepatitis, are contraindicated. Pregnant and breast feeding women are also not candidates.
