FAQs
Will I see same day results?
Results from Botox® brand may take 2 weeks or more to see results. With modern formulas a majority of users will see results within 3 days.
Will I look unnatural or expressionless?
This is a common concern we hear from guests. While some guests want to appear flawless, others want to see some variation in their facial lines. With that in mind, we tailor every treament to our guest’s preferences.
How long does Botox® last?
Clinical trials have shown neuromodulators to last between 3 to 6 months at recommended doses. Some formulas may provide longer results than others and we’re happy to discuss your options during your consultation.
Are Tox injections just for women?
We treat guests, both male and female, between the ages of 18 to 65.
Is everyone a candidate for Tox?
Pregnant and breast-feeding women are not candidates for Botox® treatments. Additionally, any history of neurological disease or autoimmune dysfunction may prevent you from being a candidate. This includes a history of stroke, and any current neurological dysfunction. Candidates ideally should be between the ages of 18 and 65. A medical history is always taken by our professional providers, and we determine who is an appropriate candidate before any treatment.
Do Tox injections hurt?
Tox injectables are so comfortable in our hands, no anesthetic is necessary! Many people understandably fear the injection needle in the face; however, the vast majority of patients are relieved to find the treatment is quite comfortable. We have other little tricks we can use to make you comfortable including a gentle vibratory distraction technique, or ice. But again, most don’t find any type of anesthetic necessary.
